Kildare Village invites you to an exclusive food trends discussion where two industry experts will discuss this year's top 3 food trends - seaweed, matcha and fermentation - and the ways in which they can be integrated into your daily diet.

Join Fiona Uyema - award-winning chef, food writer and author, along with guest speaker Tom Jones - founder of 'Sea of Vitality', from 12.00 until 14.00 on Saturday 2 April in The Lounge at Kildare Village.
