Our Brand Recruitment Site is hosted by iCIMS, Inc (“iCIMS”) a third party service provider. The Brand Recruitment Site is dedicated to recruitment opportunities within the retail outlets in Value Retail Villages. You should read through the Policy to fully understand the basis upon which we and [Kildare Village] Brand Partners will use your information including what information we collect about you, how the information is used, where the information is stored and to whom the information is disclosed. This Policy only applies to information we collect via the Brand Recruitment Site and is in addition to our individual privacy policies which relate to our use of information about you other than in connection with the Brand Recruitment Site.
By providing us with your personal information through the Brand Recruitment Site you agree to this Policy and you consent to us and the [Kildare Village] Brand Partners processing information about you in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will use your personal information provided through the Brand Recruitment Site for recruitment purposes only and as set out in this Policy. We will keep your personal information safe and comply with applicable Data Protection legislation in place.


Who we are

The entities listed are the administrator of the Brand Recruitment Service provided via the Brand Recruitment Site or are the owners and operators of Kildare Village. We administer the Brand Recruitment Service provided via the Brand Recruitment Site but will not be directly involved in the recruitment process of the [Kildare Village] Brand Partners. References in this Agreement to “we” or “us” are to the entities listed. Each of the listed entities are committed to protecting your privacy and are joint data controllers within the meaning of data protection laws applicable in the EU and EEA.
Your information will be shared with and available to the [Kildare Village] Brand Partners. The [Kildare Village] Brand Partners are the legal entities that are the operators of the boutiques within Kildare Village who will change from time to time. What information do we collect about you?
The Brand Recruitment Site is made available to the [Kildare Village] Brand Partners to support their recruitment process. We collect the personal information you submit to the Brand Recruitment Site, which may include, your CV, your name, address, e-mail address, skill, age, education, employment history, desired positions, languages spoken, availability, nationality and any other information requested which relates to or is part of a job application. We and/or the [Kildare Village] Brand Partners may also collect information about you from third parties such as referees, application screening partners previous employers or education establishments. This may include but is not limited to details of age, criminal convictions and right to work information.


How we use your information
We use the information held about you solely in connection with administering the Brand Recruitment Site. We may send you notifications of changes to the site and may also contact you periodically to update your personal information and to send general email communications about job opportunities with [Bicester Village] Brand Partners. When new jobs are added to the Career Site we may send you job alerts. [We may use the system to identify and contact previous applicants for other roles for which you did not apply.] We may use your information for recruitment analysis.
The [Kildare Village] Brand Partners may use the information held about you in one or more of the following ways:
Recruitment – The [Kildare Village] Brand Partners may use your information in order to consider you for recruitment opportunities at [Kildare Village]. The Brands may communicate with you about these opportunities and if your application is successful, the information will be used to process your employment with them. They will not always notify you if your application is unsuccessful. Your information will be stored in the Brand Recruitment Site and you will be able to log into the system and track how an application is progressing.
The Brand Recruitment Site will enable you to share your information with [Kildare Village] Brand Partners either by applying for a specific role or by making a general application. If you have applied for a specific role with a [Kildare Village] Brand Partner then the information that is collected through the Brand Recruitment Site will only be available to that [Bicester Village] Brand Partner who will be able to view your information on the Brand Recruitment Site or transfer your information to their own systems. Any information provided in connection with an application for a specific role will be deleted from the Brand Recruitment Site once recruitment for that role has finished.
If you have provided information as part of a general application then the information that is collected through the Brand Recruitment Site will be available to all current and future [Kildare Village] Brand Partners each of whom will be able to view your information on the Brand Recruitment Site or transfer your information to their own systems. If you are being considered for a role with a Kildare Village Brand Partner then your information will not be available to be viewed by other Kildare Village Brand Partners at the same time. If you have made a general application then your information will remain available on the Brand Recruitment Site for so long as you are actively using the site. If you have not actively used the site for 6 months your information will be deleted.
If a [Kildare Village] Brand Partner copies or downloads your information then they will be responsible for keeping such information safe and complying with applicable Data Protection legislation.
We or our Kildare Village Brand Partners may contact you by post, telephone, SMS text message or by email.


Where we store or process your information
The information we collect from you will also be transferred to, and stored at, or accessed from, a destination outside the EU and EEA by iCIMS in Canada in connection with hosting and the administration of the Brand ii) by [Kildare Village] Brand Partners who transfer information from the Brand Recruitment Site to other sites outside the EU and EEA. Such destinations may not have laws which protect your information to the same extent as in the EU and EEA.
A list of persons who process your information relating to the Brand Recruitment Site on our behalf (i.e. our suppliers and partners) outside of the EU and the EEA is set out below:

Disclosure
We share information amongst ourselves and disclose information to:
• Suppliers that process information on our behalf in connection with the Brand Recruitment ;
• If we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to protect the rights, property or safety of our business, our customers or others. This includes in specific cases exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection; and
• Successors in title or replacement operators of all or part of our respective businesses.

You are entitled to ask us whether we are keeping information about you, the source of such information, the purposes for which it is used, and to whom it is disclosed. You can also ask to have access to any such information.
