It is a prepaid Gift Card that can be used at any boutique in Kildare Village, in any boutique at any one of the nine Chic Outlet Shopping(R) Villages in Europe and where you see the MasterCard acceptance mark.

No, the Gift Card is a prepaid card that can be loaded with any value (in set increments) from €25 to €300 for online purchases or from €10 to €1,500 (in increments of €5) when purchasing in person from the Tourist Information Centre at Kildare Village.

For purchases online, choose a set value from €25 to €300 (in set increments), a €3.50 transaction fee per Card is applied which includes a small handling charge of €0.50. They are available in a value of €25, €50, €100, €150, €200, €250 or €300. The total online checkout value cannot exceed €300 in one transaction, per card, per day.

For purchases in person at the Kildare Village Tourist Information Centre; choose a value between €10 and €1,000 a €3 transaction fee will be applied per Gift Card. A valid photo ID is required for purchases of €500 or more.

You can purchase up to five Gift Cards in one transaction, per credit/debit card, per day.

To purchase the Kildare Village Gift Card online, you can use your Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Laser, Link and EC Cards. Switch/Maestro. Other debit cards are acceptable. Some Laser cards are not accepted. You will need to supply the following information:
1. your name, address and telephone number;
2. the recipient’s name, address and telephone number, and
3. your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card number.

The delivery of the yet-to-be-activated Gift Card will be dispatched within two working days to the recipient using regular post. Please allow 5-7 days for receipt. There is a €3 handling charge per card that includes the transaction processing fee, delivery fee, and packaging.

Please bring the yet-to-be-activated activated Gift Card and the activation code (found in the email or package) along with a photo ID to activate the Gift Card at the Tourist Information Centre at Kildare Village.

You may select up to five recipients. You will be asked to provide the delivery details for each recipient.

When the recipient(s) receive the Gift Card, they must bring the Card, along with the activation code and photo ID to the Kildare Village Tourist Information Centre to activate the Gift Card.

Whilst you can use the Kildare Village Gift Card in all the nine Chic Outlet Shopping® Villages in Europe, we cannot ship a Kildare Village Gift Card to addresses outside Ireland. However, you can order a Gift Card online from the other Chic Outlet Shopping® Villages (excluding La Vallée Village in France) for delivery to recipients in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Belgium and Germany.

Have your activation number and the credit or debit card number that was used to order the Kildare Village Gift Card ready. Confirm that the address and recipient information you provided is correct, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.

If we encounter any difficulties prior to posting we will try to contact you and/or the recipient on the telephone number and email address provided at the time of the order.

The recipient must activate the Gift Card at the Tourist Information Centre at Kildare Village before use.

The value of your Gift Card may be combined with cash or cheque when making a purchase.  At the discretion of each merchant, the value of your Gift Card may also be combined with a debit or credit card.

The value on your Gift Card expires 12 months after the date of activation.

Cards purchased in person at the Kildare Village Tourist Information Centre expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

After this date the Gift Card cannot be used.

Each month after the expiry of your Gift Card a €3 Monthly Card Management fee will be deducted from the available funds.  You can claim your remaining funds by contacting Kildare Village up to 12 months after the expiry of your Gift Card without any administration fee being charged.  Funds claimed after this time will be subject to a €7.50 administration fee.

No, but you can order a new Gift Card at www.KildareVillage.com or from the Kildare Village Tourist Information Centre.

If you lose your Gift Card, you should contact the Lost/Stolen Card Centre at 0818 308708 (8am – 10pm GMT) quoting your transaction ID which can be found on the receipt enclosed with your Gift Card.
An administration fee of €7.50 may be applied to process a lost or stolen Gift Card.
